I wonder if this list isn't a METAPHOR applicable to all situations? ARE there analogs to Ohms Law beyond the realm of electrons? Surely this one is Golden and Universal: "Always understand that you may pick two of the following three, but not more:

* It can be built quickly,
* It can be built cheaply… -
