In 1972 I started a project on spatial distribution of surnames in Nova Scotia; in 1985 I did a large number of maps using AutoCAD and wrote some summary material, but didn't "finish" the project. Now it's time to deal with the leftover bits and get it out, if only as an historical curiosity. Kate says she'll design the book, and I'm looking into getting the originals scanned.
