Yesterday's list needs to be made more orderly, sorted, arranged, hierarchized, pruned maybe, augmented eventually, etc. There are probably lots of ways to do that, and to set about the doing. One is to group like things and array as a table, using the result as a sort of index device. Table 1 is a preliminary attempt.
