Here I need to knit together stuff, feeds, and others from MYKeywords. Current candidates at a minimum:
(each of those wants explication and interlinkage)
Here's how it goes:
Every day beings with the incoming: usually Heather Cox Richardson is "first thing" ...then other email (e.g., Medium and Substack links). then Feedly for rss material, then often a glance at Guardian and NYTimes, and a stop by YouTube what (algorithm-driven) video contributes. That collection often takes much of the morning to process and enter as links on html pages... which activity often generates searches and side project gatherations that may spawn new html, and/or may fit into existing html documents. Books often get ordered.
I need to consider the semantic space of 'incoming'
...which has subtleties that it's difficult to imagine an LLM coping with. The literal or dictionary definition that tags "incoming!" as a term of battlefield art... the facets of 'incoming' that reward a google search (which privilege a 2024 Netflix film [well, video...], a "teen comedy" ("raunch and puerile circumstance" "tiresome gross-out humor" ONE star at Rotten Tomatoes), and has a pretty substantial line in sportsing, via rosters of players added to college teams by transfers...A lot of what I encounter is at or over the edge of my understanding, BUT I have tools to expand and extend that understanding, many of which are pretty much integral to lexicon, such that I work at parsing, examining each fragment for its FIT in the World Model
...chasing curiosities and corralling bellwethers and the portentous and the exemplary as stuff streams by... and trying to FIT the incoming into my World Model schemes —into that which I curate.
Another mode of capture of the incoming is the yellow pads —which serve as a handwritten analog chronology of encounters and thoughts
