Today&#8217;s episode, on <a href=\"http:\/\/eatingasia.typepad.com\/eatingasia\/2007\/03\/pu_yuan_isnt_hi.html\">a Hokkienese Hideaway in Kuala Lumpur<\/a>, is paradigmatic, no doubt about it. Just drink in the poetry:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Her wide, stubby yam strips go all sticky-chewy in a dark soy-soused stir-fry with cabbage, pork, and shrimp.
