Assignment 10

By 9 AM Tuesday 26 October:

  1. Create and LINK on your index.html page a new page named log.html

  2. ...and make a dated entry summarizing where you are NOW with definition and development of your project.

In the next few weeks I'll ask you to make specific postings to this log.html page, tracing your progress with your project. You might want to use the page for your own purposes as well: as a place to cache things you find, and/or notes on reading and/or bits of commentary. Those who do make use of this medium above-and-beyond the assigned postings will be rewarded with Gold Stars --indeed,

***if your objective in the course is an A of some sort,
you really must make creative and persistent use of the log.html medium!***
Be sure to date each entry.

You could think of this log.html as a sort of blog (and I've been doing this for a long time myself... see http://home.wlu.edu/~blackmerh/meta/logfiles.html for some examples), though it's generally more private. Do keep in mind that Google will find it, though.
