(This is in effect the first pass through the whole corpus [at this moment, through end of July 1964], mostly to test out possible workflows, and identify worthy images that need reprocessing. What I'm going for here is images that (1) track the Process, (2) have qualities that I'd call "photographic", (3) fill in bits of the emerging story or stories that the Book might tell. The images are in more or less chronological order, but I plan to reorganize them into an approximate narrative order.)
