The /Libraries and Information Access partition of the W&L gopher has
been a main project for me (Hugh Blackmer) over the last year. The main
menu in its present form is a semi-successful compromise, but is tailored
to support instructional objectives by providing links to resources that
seem relevant to W&L courses:

type guest . This form of the gopher is restricted, with telnet links
disabled for "security reasons".
