FOOD creates problems in libraries because it's sometimes messy
(viz: greasy pizza) and may attract bugs. Bugs like books when they
can't get pizza and cookie crumbs. This is not good.
You may bring liquids into the Library ONLY in Colonnade cups,
which are covered and reasonably spillproof.
