Would you believe that there's a two-volume book called Japanese, Chinese and Korean Surnames and How to Read Them: 125,947 Japanese, 594 Chinese, and 259 Korean Surnames written with Kanji as they appear in Japanese texts (Wolfgang Hadamitzky)

Korean Surnames, part of the more general collection of Oriental names. There's also a List of Emperors

Male Korean names and Female Korean names, Male Chinese names, Female Chinese names, Male Japanese names, Female Japanese names decoded (the home page is astounding... the general term for this sort of mania is onomastics, but whether there's any USE to this is questionable)
