FOR EAS Majors:
- DO some Annie searches on and around your topic
- NARRATE your search process and strategies (include KW and SUBJ terms you tried, and comment on their efficacy: what worked, what didn't)
- EXPORT useful-looking results in the BRIEF format
- Massage the results and put them into your Log file in a format that looks good AND includes the call number
- FIND OUT what bibliographic format is preferred in your main field of study and report what you discover
FOR Seniors:
- Write a summary of your history as a user of Annie, and include the following:
- when and why did you first use Annie?
- for what specific courses have you HAD to consult Annie?
- do you feel that you've been 'successful' in using Annie?
- how many times do you estimate you used Annie in each of the four years?
- how many books do you THINK you've checked out since Fall '99?
- Talk to several seniors you know about their history as users of Internet music resources. I want some sense of how much use people make/made, how many files are retained, how many CDs created, etc. No names --the point is to make an impressionistic report of behavior
